If you are unable to make it, please no later than 30 minutes before your class start time.  This is to allow others to book in your place as booking is not allowed once class starts.  If you are a drop in participant, you will not get a refund when you no-show, but cancellations prior to class start will result in an automatic refund.  Members who no show will get a 20-point loyalty point deduction per no show.
